Wagtail Cottage is a warm and cosy farm cottage with a wonderful outlook onto open fields.  The cottage comfortably sleeps six guests and can accommodate up to two dogs.  The rental includes bedlinen, towels, heating, electricity and WiFi.  We also provide oven gloves, a dishcloth, bath mats, 2 baskets of logs, kindling and basic cleaning stuffs.

• Living Room/Dining Area: three large comfy sofas, a dining area for six, log burner (logs provided), fireguard, 32” TV with freeview, DVD player, a selection of DVDs, games and books.
• Kitchen/Utility Room: Biomass central heating, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, electric oven with hob, microwave, radio and fully equipped cupboards (home from home).
• Master Bedroom: double bed, chest of drawers (hair dryer) and large wardrobe.
• Ensuite Bedroom: Double bed, chest of drawers and private outlook over garden.
• Ensuite Shower Room: Large shower, heated towel rail, toilet and basin.
• Twin Room: Two single beds and wardrobe.
• Bathroom: Bath with overhead power shower, heated towel rail, toilet and sink.  Both bathrooms have complementary toiletries.

Garden/Garage: A spacious self contained garden laid to lawn with patio area. Garden furniture and barbecue are provided. A large garage perfect for bike storage.

Parking: Private parking is available for 3 cars to the side of the cottage.  Electric car charging point is accessible but there is a fee to charge.

Play Area: A self contained place right next to Skylark Cottage, perfect for den building and talking to the donkeys over the wall. Wooden swings, climbing frame, slide and see-saw.

Bedlinen, towels, tea towels, heating, electricity usage and Wi-Fi are all included in the rental price.   There is a pet fee of £10.00 per pet.
